The Restoration Industry Association (formerly ASCR) is the oldest and largest non-profit, professional trade association dedicated to providing industry leadership, supporting science, and promoting best practices in the cleaning and restoration industry.Representing over 20,000 cleaning and restoration professionals from 1,200 firms, specializing in textiles, environmental issues, and restoration, RIA provides credibility, education and business improvement events to maximize industry exposure and to advance knowledge in the cleaning and restoration industry. With an extensive network of professionals working towards similar goals, RIA has become a trusted resource of knowledge for those involved in cleaning and restoration.
The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. In partnership with regional and international trade associates, the IICRC serves more than 25 countries with offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The IICRC standards serve to develop common, industry-accepted language and terminology that enables us to more universally discuss concepts and procedures regarding cleaning, inspection and restoration.
EPA Lead Safe Certified

The NY Capital Region Apartment Association (NYCRAA) was founded with the purpose of joining together small and large owners of real estate for their mutual benefit. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of multi-family rental properties and other entities such as vendors, who work in fields related to the housing industry.
